Availability - Shift/Days 

Full time Day Shift - Evenings Shift

 

Responsible for all car wash operations including training, wash maintenance, customer service, bay cleaning and service maintenance relations.  Incentives for selling car wash passes and gift books.

• Provide customers with courteous, enthusiastic service

• Assist customers with wash questions, and or concerns

• Supervise and train Car Wash employees with an emphasis on Customer Service

• Work closely with maintenance personnel to learn repairs and develop good relations

• Check chemical levels

• Responsible for keeping the bay clean

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Previous wash experience preferred
• Previous mechanical experience preferred
• Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, associates, and maintenance personnel
• Ability to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)

• Reach over your head frequently and comfortably
• Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 pounds
• Bend, kneel, squat or stand
• Work in a heated and/or cold environment
• Climb an extension ladder
