Car Porter (ON CALL)

As a Car Porter, you will serve as a front-line representative for the dealership. Greet customers as they enter the showroom, answer basic inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate party. Move customer vehicles to and from designated areas, depending on the required service.
This position is ON CALL. Hours will be given depending on business needs, and are therefore not guaranteed.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Greet guests/customers in a professional manner.
Attend to guest/customer needs.
Assist with vehicle movements within the service area.
Process vehicle check-ins.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace for efficient operations.
Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.
Employee is further responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles.
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Complies with all safety, security, compliance and safety standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must possess valid US driver's license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.
Required Qualifications:
Customer service experience.
One (1) year of similar work experience.
English (MANDATORY).
Spanish (preferred).
Pay Rate:
$15 - $17/hr (depending on experience).
Hours of Operation:
Mon - Sat: 7am - 7pm.
Sun: 9am - 5pm.
