Offer Lead – Sustainability

An overview of the role

As an integral part of Capgemini’s Supply Chain Practice, you will have the opportunity to use your sustainability expertise to shape the future of business operations. You will drive an expansion of our processes and operations to enable our clients to become “sustainable by design”.

This role is to lead the development, enhancement of market push for our sustainability offers focusing on ESG management and supply chain. So, you will need to demonstrate the ability to:

• Own, develop and promote our sustainability offers both internally and externally
• Lead the development of offer expansion
• Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline in close collaboration with the sales function
• Communicate opportunities, pipeline, progress to a wide range of stakeholders
• Actively engage in pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities to develop sales
• Deliver sustainability and offer related presentations internally and externally to generate market traction

This will be supplemented with your knowledge of:

• ESG, sustainability in supply chains and carbon accounting
• Understand the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, ISSB, CSRD, TCFD and related lifecycle assessment standards
• Market developments in sustainability protocols, lifecycles and supporting technologies
