What you will do:
The primary role of the HVAC / Fire Capacity Program manager is to achieve the regional capacity by managing hiring and supporting the on-boarding process for employees in our field organization. This role will include leading analysis and defining gaps in the current capacity and problem solving with leaders. Additionally, the program manager will support the alignment of talent acquisition and hiring managers to move candidates through the hiring pipeline. You will also support hiring managers with the onboarding process and provide a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with the HVAC and Fire leaders to assess changing needs and provide coaching to hiring managers and support teams. The Program Manager will also be able to report out on capacity needs.
How you will do it:
- Be part of the Capacity Team, define, develop, and deploy delivery tools and processes required to source, hire, and onboard direct field labor aligned to the assigned areas’ capacity plan.
- Serve as a point person to coordinate sourcing, hiring, and onboarding between hiring managers, talent acquisition, HR, L&D, Fleet, IT, and domains.
- Manage governance processes and establish relationships within regions, TA, and HR.
- Monitor and report compliance to the capacity strategy.
- Evaluate tools, standards, and methodologies for improved capacity results.
- Create resources for hiring managers and facilitate on-boarding for new direct field labor hires in region (s), ensuring all new hires have access to the correct tools and access to systems.
- Own the creation and tracking of talent selection schedule and reporting of capacity progress and performance.
- Tracks and reports on progress of targets to the HVAC, Fire and Regional leaders
What we look for
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Human Resources or equivalent combined education and experience.
- Four (4) years related program management or continuous improvement experience required.
- Experience managing field quality performance including voice of the customer, field data, partnering with functions to prioritize work
- Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including e-mail and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
- Superior change management and negotiation skills.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $83,700 - $130,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
