You Are:

The Work:
- Plan, design, manage HBCU recruiting efforts, under the guidance of the HBCU team lead
- Develop and execute meaningful events on campus, spend extended periods on campus
- Work closely with Campus team to execute strategic campus initiatives
- Work hand in hand with the Diversity Recruiting lead, I&D AFS lead, and HBCU lead to execute HBCU recruiting strategy
- Execute full life-cycle campus and entry level recruiting
- Develop hiring and candidate sourcing approaches in conjunction with client and Accenture subject matter experts
- Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates
- Extend and negotiate offers
- Communicate results and organize start dates with candidate
- Use Accenture recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation
- Support overall Diversity Recruiting efforts; Attend career fairs, events and conferences in line with I&D recruiting strategy
Here’s what you need:
- Passion for recruiting HBCU students
Bonus Points:
- Strong relationship management skills
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Prior Diversity Conference or Diversity focused recruiting experience
- HBCU Alumni
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $73,400-$136,200
Colorado: $73,400-$117,600
New York City: $85,000-$136,20
Washington: $78,200-$125,200
