About the role

Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs is seeking a Cage Player Services Supervisor to be responsible for leading and managing the Cage and Player Services departments, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving department goals. This position requires a strong understanding of casino operations, including cash handling, customer service, and regulatory compliance. 

 

Schedule: Subject to change based on the needs of the business.

  • 5 days a week; overnight shift starting at 10p or 11p
  • Supervise and direct the work of Cage and Player Services staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. 
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including Title 31, and company policies. 
  • Resolve guest complaints and disputes effectively. 
  • Implement and oversee the casino's rewards program. 
  • Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 
  • Oversee ATM and kiosk operations, including cash balances and reconciliations. 
  • Verify funds and complete shift closeout procedures. 
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions. 
  • Coordinate and audit operational and promotional inventory. 
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment for staff and guests. 
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all guest information. 
  • High School Diploma or GED. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in cash handling, customer service, and/or casino operations. 
  • Supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Knowledge of casino gaming operations and regulations. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment. 
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. 
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. 
  • Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
