Junior KYC/AML Analyst

As a Junior KYC/AML Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the firm's compliance with regulatory obligations. Your key responsibilities will include conducting due diligence, sanctions screening, and ownership verification. You will also engage with various internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and maintain accurate records. • Support KYC CIP due diligence for new and existing clients across business lines.
• Conduct sanctions screening and adverse media reviews as per internal policies.
• Assist in collecting, assessing, and validating client documentation for compliance.
• Review client legal structures and beneficial ownership for risk classification.
• Engage with internal stakeholders (CDM, Compliance, Legal, etc.) for timely onboarding.
• Maintain high-quality records and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Support ad-hoc regulatory, audit, and risk-based inquiries.
• Assist with the integration of technology and automation for improved processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior exposure to KYC/AML, compliance, or financial operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with onboarding or screening systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Python and C++ coding is an advantage.
• UI and database modeling skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A quick learner with a desire for professional growth.
