Position Specifics:

Department: Administration

Reports To: Store Manager

Part Time

Purpose:

To increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing support for in-bound customer calls for products and services offered through the dealership. 

Responsibilities:  

• Answers telephone and receives customers ensuring they are directed to the proper parties within the dealership   
• Provides effective solutions to customer needs in a timely manner via telephone, e-mail, and other communication methods
• Distributes mail and maintains dealership files
• Drafts and types standard letters and memoranda as requested and prepares documents for distribution 
• Provides administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments at that location
• Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
• Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
• Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
• May order office supplies for the store location
• Filing and other duties as assigned by your manager
• Responsible for other duties as assigned by your manager 

Requirements

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve by using all available resources 
• Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Office, Business Systems, and Internet Applications
• Ag. industry knowledge preferred, but not required
• Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am-4pm
• Saturdays from 8am-12pm
• Must be able to work Saturdays
