Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with extensive experience in healthcare environments to provide operational support and technical expertise. This role requires hands-on experience in implementing and managing Imprivata SSO, Duo MFA, and related systems, along with a deep understanding of security best practices and system performance.

Requirements

• Provide operational support for Imprivata SSO and Duo MFA systems, including monitoring, resolving, updating, and escalating tickets in ServiceNow.
• Install, test, and manage software from Symantec and manage Active Directory Groups.
• Utilize the Imprivata Admin Console to sync with AD, manage users and computers, apply policies, and generate reports.
• Support Horizon VDI operations including daily checks, session management, and printer configurations.
• Manage WorkspaceOne configurations, including iOS application assignments, profile refreshes, and device lifecycle management.
• Provide 3rd level support for TOC and Endpoint Support Services.
• Deploy software packages to endpoints and run reports in the Symantec console.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in a healthcare organization setting.

Required Technical Experience:

• 6+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer with significant expertise in a healthcare environment.
• Proven experience managing and deploying Imprivata Single Sign-On and Duo Multifactor Authentication in large enterprise organizations.
• Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) in large healthcare settings.
• Strong background in endpoint management and operational support.
• Proficiency in using Active Directory Users and Computers.
• Excellent written and communication skills, capable of working with staff at all levels.
