šŸ”§Ā Join Our Elite Team of Technicians!Ā šŸ”§Ā Ā Starting at $20 -$45+ based on experienceĀ Ā OverviewĀ Ā Total Mechanical Service is hiring an HVAC, RefrigerationĀ & CookingĀ Equipment Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial kitchen & refrigeration equipment at our customer locations. Our technicians also provide preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and respond to emergency service calls on equipment, including ovens, fryers, steamers, warmers, dish cleaning equipment, walk-ins, and ice machines.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Essential ResponsibilitiesĀ Ā 
  • Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair Cooking, Refrigeration, & HVAC EquipmentĀ Ā 
  • Treat customers and employees with respect, courtesy, and professionalismĀ Ā 
  • Complete service calls promptlyĀ Ā 
  • Communicate effectively with customers, managers, dispatchers, and salesĀ Ā 
  • Participate in on-call rotation scheduleĀ Ā 
  • Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accountsĀ Ā 
  • Maintain Service VehicleĀ Ā 
  • Order Parts and Complete Required PaperworkĀ Ā 
  • Attend Training SessionsĀ Ā 
  • Other Duties as AssignedĀ Ā 
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā QualificationsĀ Ā 
  • Previous experience cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC equipment service (or related military) experienceĀ 
  • Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skillsĀ 
  • Effective customer communication skillsĀ 
  • 100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organizedĀ 
  • Maintain a professional personal appearanceĀ 
  • Completion of a successful background check and drug screen. Ā Ā 
  • Must be at least 18 years of ageĀ Ā 
  • Driving record must align with our safety standardsĀ 
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Preferred QualificationsĀ Ā 
  • Experience with Fryers, Ovens, Steamers, Ranges, Broilers, Ware Wash, Walk-ins, coolers, freezers, ice machines, prep tables, etc.Ā Ā 
  • CFESA certification and related TrainingĀ Ā 
  • EPA Universal Certification,Ā Ā Ā 
  • Computer literateĀ Ā
