Field Marketing Manager - Central Region, North America (open to candidates in Texas, Michigan, or Illinois)
This role is responsible for designing and executing the regional field marketing plan for the Central Region in North America, reporting to the Senior Director of Americas Marketing. You will collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Corporate Marketing teams to design targeted, comprehensive marketing programs and events that generate pipeline with new opportunities across the region.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute the regional marketing plan to identify new opportunities for Fastly through the integration of field events, demand generation campaigns, webinars, partner marketing, and account-driven programs
- Drive account engagement and pipeline creation (with priority/named accounts) to increase new logo acquisition in alignment with the sales organization’ goals
- Lead cross-functional projects by collaborating closely with Sales, SDRs, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, and other teams to achieve high-impact marketing objectives
- Represent regional priorities and ensure adequate marketing support for the region, including branding, ABM, digital, social, and outbound campaigns
- Manage the regional marketing budget, evaluate third-party sponsorships, invest marketing funds with the potential ROI in mind. Adhere to the company policies and objectives regarding budget management.
- Monitor KPIs and oversee data analysis and communications with regional stakeholders, reporting results, issue management, and obtaining feedback for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Field Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or Regional Marketing ideally within technology, SaaS, or B2B segments
- Strong marketing acumen with a successful track record of developing and implementing integrated marketing plans in North America
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition within a high-growth, multi-product company
- Solid understanding of the customer journey and best marketing approaches for each stage
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Looker, or other marketing automation and analytics tools
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with rigorous attention to detail; skilled at solving complex problems with a curious, creative mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work both strategically and tactically, coordinating multiple moving parts under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
We’ll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these:
- Experience in the security or cloud computing industry in North America
- Proven achievements in multi-touch demand generation marketing, ABM, digital strategies and partner marketing

- This position will require you to be available during core business hours.

This position is a remote role and open to candidates residing in the following locations:
- This role can be based in Texas, Michigan, or Illinois
This position may require travel as required by your role or requested by your manager.
Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $97,070 to $123,336.
Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
