IT Implementation Intern (Bilingual - Vietnamese/English)

Requirements

We are looking for a part-time tech savvy IT Implementation Intern to join our Booksy team! This Intern will be responsible for collecting feedback and acting as an IT Consultant for Nail Salons in Orlando, FL.

We are looking for an effective communicator fluent in Vietnamese and English, strong analytical skill with strong attention to detail to help Booksy flourish!

What you’ll do

• Configure Booksy system according to requirements from Vietnamese Beauty Salons
• Oversee product adoption
• Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovate ways to address near term business needs
• Drive the evaluation of the factors which must be addressed to meet client requirements
• Work directly with Product teams to establish requirements for the short- and long-term roadmaps.

Who you are

• You're a strong IT Consultant working directly with business providers
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Available to work part-time (20 hours/week)
• You’re resourceful. Solving problems and researching solutions is your jam
