Key Responsibilities (may include other duties as assigned):

• Lead the installation of plumbing systems and fixtures in residential settings
• Ensure all installations comply with local codes and company standards
• Supervise and mentor junior installers, providing guidance and training
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain system operations and ensure satisfaction
• Complete all necessary documentation and collect payments as required
• Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current with industry advancements

 

Key Requirements(other requirements may apply):

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumbing installer
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
• At least 1 year of experience supervising a team is preferred
• Ability to train and mentor team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass comprehensive background and drug screening after offer.
