Lead - Information Security Technology and SecDevOps Governance Center (f/m/x)

About the role

Your Role

  • Functional responsibility for the SME SecDevOps Technology and the SecDevOps GC members o Develop and execute a technology and process enablement strategy aligning with the ZEISS busi-ness objectives as well as the corporate InfoSec strategy

  • Collaborate with business units and other stakeholders (e.g., other InfoSec units, IT Operations) to identify their specific technology & process needs and ensure the continuous improvement of the technology and process landscape

  • Foster a culture of security by enabling the business to the integration of security into their tech-nology and process landscape

  • Evaluate security risk within SecDevOps and other business processes as well as risks related to emerging technologies and support mitigation

  • Share best practices around security technologies and the integration of security into business processes to enable the global ZEISS organization to comply with security demands and require-ments

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practices in secure developments

  • Provide leadership to the global governance center team and develop its team members

  • Monitor emerging security threats and technologies and adapt the strategy as needed

Your Profile

  • Experience with having functional personnel responsibility and strong intercultural competences for leading distributed teams from multiple disciplines

  • 10+ years of experience in solution development and operation, including in positions such as Agile Coach, Product Owner, or Project manager

  • Strong experience in secure digital solution design or development /engineering (SW and HW) in large or-ganization

  • Strong experience in Secure DevOps development practices, and experience in secure CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong expertise in Community management as well as stakeholder expectations and experiences man-agement

  • Understanding of staff education, e-learning, knowledge management

  • Excellent written and oral/digital communication skills with multiple levels of leadership involving both busi-ness and technical sides of the business

  • Demonstrated passion for understanding ambiguous, complex problems and driving high-quality, innova-tive, and robust solutions
