EisnerAmper is looking to fill a position within our Technology Department, focusing on Demand and Delivery Leadership. In this role, you will support the full quality life cycle, from early-stage program planning through to warranty completion and transition to support. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This is a hybrid position based in our Iselin, NJ office with some travel required.

You will have the opportunity to craft our Demand and Delivery strategy, influence Agile practices, and lead project managers to support high quality delivery of innovative and strategic solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to strategically plan, execute efficiently, and adapt as needed. Equally important is the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders without direct authority, while fostering strong relationships across business units, IT leaders, and vendors to ensure the delivery of projects and systems that align with EAG’s enterprise quality standards.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:

• Lead and facilitate technology portfolio management across the department, including enterprise-wide portfolio planning, project intake, demand management, resource capacity planning, prioritization, investment analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, and performance reporting.

• Manage the full lifecycle of the IT portfolio — including both strategic initiatives and operational sustainment activities — ensuring alignment with enterprise and technology goals.

• Oversee the evaluation, prioritization, and selection of technology initiatives based on business value, strategic alignment, capacity, and risk.

• Partner with technology leaders to ensure comprehensive portfolio visibility, governance, and proactive risk and opportunity management across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and innovation initiatives.

• Direct project teams to define project scope, requirements, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

• Establish and maintain a resource utilization and forecasting model to ensure project and operational initiatives are staffed appropriately across the technology department.

• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to ensure technology portfolio financials are accurately maintained, reported, and optimized.

• Facilitate cost-benefit analyses, monitor progress, manage financial health, and conduct post-implementation reviews across the portfolio.

• Develop, enhance, and govern project management, portfolio management, and business analysis standards, best practices, processes, and procedures.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline

• 10+ years leading a PMO and/or IT Portfolio Management function (building initial strategy/framework and leading a department-level organization).
