As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in driving the analysis, development and implementation of AI and ML models, advanced analytical models, and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You’ll work closely with other teams, including data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and architects, to drive data analysis and AI/ML solutions.

What you will do:

  • Execute data science initiatives within the enterprise technology group to optimize onboarding flows (for product), and to identify leads (in freemium model), convert leads to clients and in client retention
  • Maintain and improve production implementation of existing models (Git + Jenkins + Argo + Sagemaker)
  • Design and develop data pipelines and machine learning models, including all pre-processing and output validation
  • Respond to evolving and changing security conditions. Implement and contribute to security guidelines
  • Assess a variety of third-party and open-source models and technologies
  • Execute data-driven projects and provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams, including data engineers, software engineers, and business analysts, to ensure that data is being used effectively to drive decision-making
  • Develop and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to drive decision making and answer critical business questions
  • Experiment with emerging AI, ML, and data analysis techniques and technologies, with a rigorous focus on business value (specifically, uplift models, neural networks, reinforcement learning AND potential agentic workflows with third-party API's)

What you will bring:

  • 6+ years of professional data science experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field of study. (or equivalent experience)
  • Direct experience in designing, building, and delivering AI/ML solutions using agentic LLM's, uplift models, neural networks and reinforcement learning
  • Strong experience with data analysis and machine learning tools such as Python, R, and SQL
  • Solid understanding of data storage and retrieval technologies such as RDS, DynamoDB, and ElastiCache
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau or Power BI
