Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute purification studies in both small scale and pilot labs
- Accurately utilize purification techniques (AKTA, filtration, chromatography, etc.)
- Support routine daily maintenance and management of all lab-based equipment
- Set up and maintain small scale and pilot scale equipment
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience executing purification studies in small scale/pilot lab
- Experience with routine process evaluation, development, process characterization
- Experience supporting tech transfer
- Experience assisting in design and perform freeze/ thaw studies
- Experience with lab equipment maintenance, PM and service
- GMP experience in the pharmaceutical industry highly preferred
Basic Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. degree in science related field
- Experience assisting in the design and performance of purifications following written protocols using AKTA or other purification systems
- Experience assisting in the design and preform UF/DF following written protocols
