Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute purification studies in both small scale and pilot labs
• Accurately utilize purification techniques (AKTA, filtration, chromatography, etc.)
• Support routine daily maintenance and management of all lab-based equipment
• Set up and maintain small scale and pilot scale equipment

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience executing purification studies in small scale/pilot lab
• Experience with routine process evaluation, development, process characterization
• Experience supporting tech transfer
• Experience assisting in design and perform freeze/ thaw studies
• Experience with lab equipment maintenance, PM and service
• GMP experience in the pharmaceutical industry highly preferred

Basic Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. degree in science related field
• Experience assisting in the design and performance of purifications following written protocols using AKTA or other purification systems
• Experience assisting in the design and preform UF/DF following written protocols
