LWC Services is hiring experienced window cleaners who already work in the industry and want steady commercial work, organized crews, and higher earning potential.

This is not an entry-level labor position. We are looking for technicians comfortable working at height who can contribute immediately.

Higher Starting Pay for Experience

Compensation based on experience and certifications
Premium pay considered for:

• Aerial lift operators
• Rope descent technicians
• Scaffolding experience
• Crew leads

Typical Work

• Commercial building window cleaning
• Lift work and drop work
• Water-fed pole systems
• Atriums and interior glass
• Hospitals, campuses, large facilities

• Prior window cleaning or high-access experience
• Comfortable working at height
• Reliable transportation
• Professional on customer sites
