PRODUCTION HOURLY 1st Shift $18.00/hr.

JBS is seeking an hourly PRODUCTION Team Member! Position starts at $18.00 per hour. Benefits Include

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

• General labor must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. 
• Laborers must be able to concentrate on their tasks without distractions.  
• Operate heavy machinery. 
• Provide labor support to other areas. 
• Arriving at scheduled time, working where and as directed, and staying until work is done, or until supervisor and/or manager indicate work is done. Some overtime work may be scheduled and required.  
• Identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them. 
• Must be well-organized with good attention to detail. 
• Display a strong work ethic and positive attitude. 
• Adaptable and dependable with the ability to follow directions and work cooperation with others. 
• Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance. 

 Qualifications  

• Requires ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lb 
• Ability to stand for long periods of time 
• Additional qualifications as needed 

 Work Environment  The work environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures for majority of work shift. It may also require the use of sharp tools such as knives.   About JBS
