As a Senior Associate Global Network Engineer, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Network Engineering team reporting to the Senior Manager Global Network Engineering, you will support projects including managing global Meraki network worldwide and engineering of Hilton networks supporting all corporate offices and hotel locations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Handle the network design and architecture of Hilton’s corporate and hotel networks while working with network support vendors and OEMs to implement designs and meet SLAs
• Update network technical standards and strategic technical roadmaps for both corporate and hotel Local Area Networks
• Implement new network projects through initiation, architecture, requirements analysis, design, project management, and systems integration phases
• Develop and test new configurations and network designs in our labs
• Proficiency in using Meraki APIs for network automation and scripting
• Maintain and update network documentation, ensuring all configurations, changes, and procedures are well-documented.
• Ensure network security best practices are followed, performing regular audits and updates to keep systems compliant with industry standards

How you will collaborate with others:

• Responsible for all aspects of network engineering policies and operations, including Develop operation metrics for all elements of the corporate environment and actively lead vendor and network performance monitoring
