Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Production Control Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and analytical support for the Production Control department and assist in overall departmental tracking and reporting activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Your Priorities
- Prepares, analyzes, and distributes daily reports on sales, scrap, inventory, labor hours, and delivery performance.
- Reviews missed shipments daily to ensure all have reason codes, and verifies accuracy.
- Creates, edits, and provides training on all Plex workflows in the areas of Manufacturing, Corp PC, Plant PC, and Warehouse.
- Processes workflow-approved changes, ECRs, and other Plex related Systems Engineering tasks.
- Manages NALs RFID program for returnable packaging including tag inventory control, budgeting, ordering, fleet counts, cycle counts, COS software, and training.
- Monitors the departmental budget and tracks departmental purchase orders and requisitions.
Requirements
Your Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline, plus 0 to 2 years of experience in Administrative or a related position OR
- Associate's Degree in Business or a related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of experience in Administrative or a related position OR
- High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of experience in Administrative or a related.
Proficiency using MS Access and other database programs is preferred.
