We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll & Ticket Resolution Specialist to support payroll operations, commission processing, and employee service requests. This role ensures accurate payroll and commission payments while efficiently resolving payroll-related tickets.

 

Pay Range:  $18-$20 per hour.  The listed pay range is a guideline; final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Location: Bridgeview

 

Key Responsibilities:


Process payroll and commissions accurately and on time



Review and audit payroll and commission data for accuracy and compliance



Investigate and resolve payroll and commission discrepancies



Manage and close employee service tickets



Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of employee data


 

Qualifications:


Strong attention to detail and analytical skills



Experience with payroll, commissions, or HRIS/ticketing systems preferred



Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools



Strong organizational and communication skills
