The Trading & Origination Digitalization Partner team in IT is responsible for supporting our traders and originators in front office within the Markets business area. From project start-up, planning and execution into operational product setup, we ensure delivery of IT solutions and products that meet business needs as well as internal guidelines.

For our origination teams who needed a solution for their portfolio management, we have built a product named PRIMA. It is a scalable, flexible, and extendible platform solution that supports all origination teams in their decision-making process when entering long-term structured products and in managing their portfolio risks and supporting their growth objectives.

As a Product Manager for PRIMA, your responsibilities will include:

• Take a leading role in the development of products and services for PRIMA and act as Scrum Master for a cross-functional product team
• Work closely with Product Owner and several other key stakeholders to maximize business value and ensure business needs are met in an optimal way
• Develop and follow up product roadmaps and have end-to-end responsibility for all IT related deliveries to PRIMA, including budgets and costs
• Enabling citizen development on top of the standard platform components
• Ensure the requirements from the business are “translated” in a way that ensures correct implementation from the developers
• Collaborate with other product teams in the organization on common goals and platform components

We are gradually moving towards working in virtual delivery teams around our products / platforms that supports the energy trading process. In addition to being the Product Manager for PRIMA, the role can become responsible for an additional product/ platform within Trading & Origination Digitalization Partner.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with deep interest, motivation, and experience in leading business critical IT and digitalization activities. We believe that includes:

• Relevant work experience from the energy sector or similar roles in different sectors
• Competence on Trading & Origination processes and systems are an advantage
• Strong communication skills and talent for building network and trusted relationships is a necessity 
• Comfortable with leading a team of developers and coordinating work in a virtual team
• Continuous improvement mindset and experience from improving and optimizing deliveries related to a product
• Strong process driver with ability to plan and structure work to ensure high quality solutions
• Technological understanding relevant for building IT products, like software development, IT security, architecture, etc.  
• You have higher education at university level or equivalent, and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. German or one of the Scandinavian languages are an advantage.
