Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing efforts aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven marketing, with a proven track record of implementing successful growth strategies across various digital channels. This role requires a combination of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and leadership skills to drive impactful results and scale our business.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, social media, email, content marketing, paid search, paid social and partnerships.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics, including user acquisition costs, conversion rates, churn, and lifetime value. Use insights derived from data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall performance.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on driving results and achieving business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including product development, design, sales, and customer support, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives. Foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless execution and alignment across teams.
  • Experimentation and Testing: Drive a culture of experimentation and testing within the marketing team, continuously testing new channels, messaging, and creative strategies to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Budget Management: Manage the growth marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Reporting and Performance Tracking: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights into key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and progress towards goals. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Select and manage agencies ensuring clear alignment of goals and objectives. 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth in a multi-location environment.
  • Extensive experience using HubSpot. Proficiency in CRM Software, marketing and productivity tools, i.e. Tableau, Mind Body, Daysmart, Clickup, Looker, Miro, and Hotjar
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing and leading a high-performing marketing team, with a focus on collaboration, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and partnerships.
