What we're looking for:

CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
A warm, caring and patient approach
Confidence working with children aged 0-5
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and flexibility
A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate is desirable/required depending on the setting
