Responsibilities:

• Assist with design and development of gages.
• Support Sr. QE in developing audit checklist and related metrics tracker for daily production audits.
• Assist with boundary book / visual aid development for different production area.
• Support the team on gathering, processing, and reviewing data.
• Support department technicians as needed.
• Other special projects as assigned by department manager.
• Ensure health and safety compliance by maintaining proper housekeeping standards, adhering to safety protocols, and using personal protective equipment and safety devices when needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Should be an active undergrade with a GPA above 2.5.
• Proficient in communications, written and oral.
• Self-organized to meet daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities.
• Preferred experience with CAD software.
• Preferred familiar with manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with cross functional groups.
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets, databases, and statistics software (Minitab)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
