D_Strategic planning Analyst

Join our team as a Data Analyst and take the lead in designing insightful reports and performing advanced data analytics and process mining for IT Service Management (ITSM) processes at Allianz Technology. Your in-depth analysis will be instrumental in driving impactful process enhancements throughout the organization, demonstrating the evolution of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their direct correlation to actionable improvement strategies. You will: 

• Designing and leading the development of comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights into IT Service Management (ITSM) processes across Allianz Technology, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Conducting advanced data analytics and process mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements, and translating findings into actionable recommendations to drive stability, operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to demonstrate the evolution of key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish clear linkages between data-driven insights and targeted improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement and innovation within the organization.

 

Your skills: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and data analytics within a corporate environment.
• Relevant certifications in data analysis, project management, or IT service management (e.g., ITIL certification) would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives and driving impactful change through data-driven insights.
• Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and ITSM best practices.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
• Understanding of risk management and the ability to implement controls to mitigate potential risks.
