Our Procurement function plays a critical role in driving innovation, value, and sustainability throughout our business.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Role - We are looking for Senior Category Buyers to join our Western Europe Procurement team. You’ll play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, leading negotiations, and managing supplier relationships in categories such as:</b></p><p><b>· Capex &amp; MRO</b></p><p><b>· Marketing Services</b></p><p><b>· Transport &amp; Logistics</b></p><p><b>· Packaging</b></p><p><b>· Technology and more</b></p><p></p><p>You’ll work in a team of 3 to 7 people, depending on the category, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Finance, Planning, Supply, and Legal.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>· Develop and implement category strategies aligned with global procurement goals</p><p>· Drive total cost of ownership savings, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation</p><p>· Lead sourcing projects, RFPs, and contract negotiations</p><p>· Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with CSR and quality standards</p><p>· Provide data analysis and reporting to support procurement decision-making</p><p></p><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><p>· You may come from procurement, sales, finance, marketing, or consulting — what matters is your ability to think strategically, analyze data, and influence decisions</p><p>· Skilled in negotiation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management</p><p>· Structured, proactive, and self-motivated – you like to take ownership</p><p></p><p><b>Coming from another field?</b> You don’t need prior procurement experience — but you should bring relevant business experience from areas like sales, finance, marketing, or consulting.
