Chubb is seeking a highly motivated Chubb Associate to join the North America Major Accounts Marketing & Communications team. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development, management, and execution of integrated marketing communication and event initiatives for the NA Major Accounts Division.
- Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of campaign materials, presentations, executive communications, sponsorship requests, and event collateral.
- Track and manage budgets, process invoices, and maintain accurate records for marketing and event activities.
- Maintain client and broker distribution lists and event trackers
- Support ESIS marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, event planning and execution, sponsorship coordination, social media content development and metrics support to help drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain campaign templates and toolkits to ensure brand consistency and efficiency.
- Partner with other business units and cross-functional teams to support joint initiatives and amplify key messages.
- Coordinate logistics and provide hands-on support for internal and external events, including content development and on-site execution as needed.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, metrics, and KPIs; help provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery of communications assets across digital, print, social, and intranet channels while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization throughout project management and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors include Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations. GPA of 3.0 or above required.
- 1–2 years of professional experience preferred, including internships, in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Swoogo, Canva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics are desirable.
- Demonstrated experience with budget tracking, invoice processing, and project management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills; portfolio of work is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Minimal travel required (less than 10%).
