It is only open to students currently in full-time education based in The Netherlands. </strong></em></p> <p><strong>We are KRAFTON</strong> – a global collective of game development studios and publishing teams dedicated to creating innovative entertainment experiences. While you may know us through our flagship title, <strong>PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS</strong>, our portfolio covers a diverse range games; from indie to AAA – made by studios all around the world.</p> <p>Amsterdam is the home of KRAFTON Europe, where we cover publishing & marketing for the EMEA region, as well as manage our Esports and other activities. We are also currently building a new PUBG game, with a large team of developers based here in-house.</p> <p>As our IT Support Intern, you will get the opportunity to work in a busy, technologically forward business. You’ll engage with our users; helping with issues and escalating them where needed. You’ll also support with ongoing projects and get the opportunity to provide your own ideas to help us level up and learn together.</p> <p><strong>Basic Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor Slack channels and other sources of communication for incoming tasks</li> <li>Triage and escalate tasks when needed</li> <li>Shadow current team members to understand the roles and to learn</li> <li>Actively engage in ongoing IT projects, aiding the team</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re ideally looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently engaged in some form of IT or Computer Science study at university</li> <li>Experience with Windows and Linux systems</li> <li>Experience with Computer hardware and PC builds</li> <li>Someone proactive, eager to learn and motivated to succeed</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The opportunity to work and co
