This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing?

• Managing and outfitting daily e-commerce shoot rack; assigning looks by model and shoot day; steaming and prepping each item to be ready for day of shoot.
• Choreographing the sequence of looks for optimal efficiency and daily output; reviewing with Omni-Styling Manager, AD, and Photographer prior to shooting.  
• Assisting Art Direction, Studio Production and Styling Manager in identifying the best talent to bring in weekly for e-commerce set for men and women; providing fit and pertinent model feedback for Art Direction and Styling Manager. 
• Supporting and engaging in the styling workflow including, but not limited to; sample organization, steaming / prep, on-model shoot taskwork from setup to breakdown, in-store outfitting, mannequin dressing and digital documentation. 
• Ensuring all on-figure imagery showcases best fit, feels comfortable and is styled with confidence. 
• Collaborating with Styling Lead / Director to update brand styling guides as well as any necessary documentation in the styling division for men and women. 
• Being customer-centric and obsessed with the brand; spending time in-store/online as needed, following influencers and aspirational brands creating seasonal inspiration direction for team. 
• Maintaining an intimate understanding of the brand purpose, DNA and customer insights; staying up to date on e-commerce industry trends and other retail brands as they pertain to the brand’s competitive landscape. 
• Maximizing the financial success of our brands by clearly showcasing trends and leveraging must-win / must-grow departments into styling / outfitting and highlighting these details to our customer. 
• Collaborating with the Brand Creative team to create and present outfitting for front of store presentations as it pertains to the overarching brand campaigns and messaging to leadership for each seasonal floorset and weekly update. 
• Assisting the document specialist in documenting all outfitting on forms by region
• Fostering relationships with cross-functional teams and partners; with other creative and product facing departments (Design, Merchants, Planning, PCM and Inventory Management) to create the right presentations for our brands both online and in-store. 

What Do You Need To Bring?

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
• 1-4 years’ on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience
• A portfolio showing your recent styling work (can be a website link or attached file)
• A passion for the art of styling
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with knowledge of Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Detailed knowledge of fabrics, care and proper handling
