As an Office Specialist, you will:
Serve as the primary front desk receptionist, providing courteous and efficient assistance to both telephone callers and walk-in clients.
Answer incoming calls, determine nature of contact, and provide information, route calls to appropriate staff, forward calls to Voice Mail when staff is unavailable.
Assess walk-in clients and telephone callers to determine service needs through effective communication.
Refer individuals to appropriate community resources—including local, state, and federal agencies—usin
