Job Description

The Workplace Services (WPS) team is responsible for driving continuity in the employee experience across all Intuitive locations, globally, while recognizing local culture differences. WPS is responsible for maintaining a working environment that fosters an engaging, clean, safe and secure Intuitive experience and culture by providing services and tools that enhance employee productivity.

Primary Function of Position:

As Workplace Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all Workplace Services initiatives and programs, including Food Services, Transportation, Wellness Centers, and more. This role will have input into developing, implementing, and maintaining effective processes for the efficient operation of all Workplace Services programs. You will engage with cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design, and develop programs, policies, and processes that enhance the employee workplace experience. You will be responsive, flexible, and able to success within an open collaborative peer environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage employee experience programs including but not limited to: Corporate Food Services, Wellness Centers, Transportation, Meeting & Events, and Amenities & Perks
  • Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm and utilization of quality tools to drive SLA attainment and exceed expectations. Ensure service levels are clearly communicated, understood, and performed by on-site and remote staff.
  • Report out on program updates on a weekly, monthly basis to all levels of the organization.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Site Leaders and internal stakeholders to continually improve our workplace operations
  • Oversee daily activities needed to ensure a functional, efficient, and safe working environment for employees.
  • Utilizes technology to perform tasks efficiently and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
  • Develop, track and program sustainability metrics as needed.
  • Manage employee communications including internal employee resources, collecting feedback and developing solutions that are forward thinking.
  • Manage the Workplace Experience Committee. Duties include creating agenda for meeting, reviewing new workplace ideas and working with cross-functional leaders on implementing ideas.

Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the strategic and operational aspects of workplace services in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • ‘Patients first’ mindset. Desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainability, LEED system, LBC standards a plus
  • Interest in environmental and/or social issues.
  • Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with strong ability to lead internal and external resources, and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, from individual contributor to executive leadership.
