THE ROLE: Senior Business Operations Director 

Job Summary:

As a Senior business operations director your focus areas are to define strategy, direction, and improvements that drive growth in our strategic business units. As a key partner and thought leader, develop vision, design, and thoughtful execution of Go-to-Market, predictive analytics, and productivity/growth-related initiatives.

Travel: Some Travel on a quarterly basis

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy around achieving predictable revenue such as sales management, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop datasets, KPI's, and focused analytics to enable business performance, focus, and prioritization.
• Partner with the executive team and GTM leaders to accelerate strategic business plans for market growth.
• Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the sales organization.
• Lead, develop and drive process for segmentation and alignment models between SBU and Core business.
• Provide content, recommendations, and supporting materials for executive and investor presentations.
• Drive the future vision and long range plan with annual sales planning motions in partnership with senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution of quarterly initiatives.
• Proactively identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements across go-to-market strategy.
• Help define team roadmap and identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
• Provide direction and process improvements to our teams to maintain best-practice implementation of our workflows.

Required Skills: 

• Advanced data analytics, automation, and data visualization ability.
• Experience with Go-to-market strategy.
• Experience with Go-to-market Execution. 
• Proven drive for results in business performance. 
• Ability to identify and lead advanced analytics capabilities 
• Ability to identify and lead data visualization and automation. 

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• Overall 10-15 years of experience in Go-to-market strategy and execution
