CONCESSIONS COOK - $19.28/hr, Union Position

Major Areas of Responsibility
Service
oFollows recipe guidelines
oKnows menu items specific to position
oAdheres to location appearance guidelines
oActs with a sense of urgency and provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests
oAll product cooked and served according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation practices

Controls
oMaintains work area
oPractices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
oThoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
oEmploys good safety and sanitation practices
oAdheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook

Team
oDisplays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
oAlways on time and ready to perform all required duties
oHelps fellow team members whenever necessary

Job Requirements
o1 year of relevant experience preferred
oEnglish reading, writing and math skills required
oLifts and transports up to 60 lbs.
oFrequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain work (service) area
oPossible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
oWalks and stands during entire shift

LEAD CONCESSIONS COOK -$22.03/hr, Union Position
In addition to the initial job duties of a Concessions Cook, the Lead Concessions Cook 
● Reports to Culinary Management 
● Assists in delegating work assignments to Concessions Cooks and oversees the completion of tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency 
● Assists in training and guiding Concessions Cook on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, cooking methods, etc 
● Maintain and/or delegate cleanliness and sanitation practices in Concessions stands and oversee completion of daily food temperature log
