As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

• Delivery Teams Empowerment: Coach and support product delivery teams in terms of agile practices, rituals, velocity measurement, monitoring and enhancement, ensure a high quality grooming, release and sprint planning, deployment management fostering a culture of a strong ownership, collaboration, and high performance.
• Velocity & Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and optimize teams delivery velocity, cycle time, lead time, and other key agile metrics to ensure a predictable and efficient delivery cadence.
• Progress Reporting & Communication: Develop and maintain a robust reporting methodology / dashboards and effective mechanism to track progress, risks, and dependencies. Provide clear, concise, and regular status updates to the CPO and the senior management team.
• Agile Process Optimisation: Champion and refine agile practices across teams, ensure and control consistent application of our delivery framework, incl. Jira documentation standards, delivery planning and testing, verify and proof AI-based use cases and testing automation concepts speeding up design and delivery pace. 
• Impediment Removal & Dependency Management : Proactively identify and remove obstacles that hinder teams to progress, working across supporting teams to find effective solutions, orchestrate and tightly manage all dependencies.
• Facilitate Release Planning and Capacity Planning: Work with product owners and the Release Manager to effectively plan Releases based on forecasted capacity and delivery velocity, ensure methodology and control execution of a high quality effort estimates when preparing more long term (quarterly delivery) plans as well as shoert term Sprint plans.

Skills you should have

• 5+ years of experience in a software development industry, with at least 2+ years in a role of a Delivery Manager or similar (e.g. a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Project/Program Manager)
• Proven experience managing multiple software engineering / products delivery teams simultaneously in an agile environment with understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and a proven track record of applying them effectively.
• Strong quantitative skills and extensive experience with agile metrics for tracking team velocity and delivery predictability.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, including the ability to create customized dashboards and reports (e.g. a Release plan, deployment plan, etc).
• Exceptional communication, presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical stuff to both technical and non-technical audience.
• A problem-solving mindset with a demonstrated ability to cope with ambiguity driving results.

What Will Make You Stand Out 

• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM II, PMP-ACP, SAFe).
• A technical background in software engineering, SA, Developer, QA or DevOps.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or product-led company.
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and modern DevOps practices.
