About the role
This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Atlanta, GA Time
Scope:
- Part-time role, starting at 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours.
- Remote position with direct interaction with the business owner across multiple ventures.

Responsibilities:
- Design & Marketing Support: Create marketing materials using Canva or similar tools. If necessary, outsource design tasks to Fiverr or other freelance graphic designers.
- Database & Data Entry: Gather and organize contact information for database building and data entry tasks.
- Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails, proactively initiating and completing tasks whenever possible, minimizing the need for executive involvement.
- Research Tasks: Conduct online research as needed and provide concise summaries of findings.
- Event Coordination: Schedule photoshoots and handle logistics for event materials, including balloons, backdrops, and other setup needs.
- People Management: For specialized projects, source, interview, hire, and manage subcontractors on platforms like UpWork and Fiverr.
- Task Management & Follow-Ups: Organize and prioritize tasks across multiple business ventures, coordinate with vendors, schedule meetings, order supplies, and respond to both business and personal requests.
- Financial & Payroll Tasks: Support the setup of a payroll processing system and ensure ongoing coordination.
- Standard Operating Procedures & Training Manuals: Assist in developing and documenting operational procedures and training materials.
- Personal Assistance: Provide support with personal scheduling, wedding preparations, gift purchases, and ensure consistent follow-up on family-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in virtual assistance or administrative support, with strong experience in task coordination and project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Google Suite, CRM platforms, and basic familiarity with payroll systems and project management tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in vendor and client coordination.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask across varied business and personal responsibilities, with a proactive approach.
- Problem Solving: Capable of self-initiating tasks, identifying solutions, and independently executing projects when possible.
