This role will provide a vast spectrum of experiences. You will have the opportunity to directly work with the leaders of the business and will also be supported by a team of smart and driven individuals who love to work hard and have fun.
Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to):
- Own the business analytics function; track business performance through KPIs and identify / drive actions to improve performance. Build out the executive dashboards that will help the leadership team make real time decisions that impact the overall business.
- Support ongoing rhythm of the business activities such as long-range planning, quarterly business reviews, product reviews, goals tracking, budget, and headcount management, etc.
- Identify areas of focus to drive growth and align with leadership to craft execution plans; examples include highly cross-functional go-to-market programs, pricing / packaging initiatives, partnership strategy.
- Support communication / alignment between BU product leaders and C-level
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- A minimum of 7+ years (post undergrad) or 4+ years (post MBA) experience in the technology industry – ideally in management consulting, business / product operations, corporate strategy, or corporate development
- Led cross-functional projects / initiatives (preferably with product, marketing, and sales orgs)
- Experience working with and advising executive audiences
- Experience owning the end-to-end process of problem identification to solutioning and communicating it to executive audiences
- High personal bar for quality and professionalism
- Strong Excel skills preferred; analytical experience and working knowledge of Snowflake + Power BI would be a big plus.
- MBA (from a top business school) strongly preferred
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $134,190 to $234,810 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
