Senior Treasury Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with payment process, coordinate with the AP, Payroll and Tax Teams to manage cash disbursements and ensure timely payments world widely.
• Manage on day-to-day global cash and liquidity operations including cash positioning for global entities, FX settlements and intercompany funding.
• Assist with bank account management, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories and completing KYC requirements.
• Assist the Treasury system access administration including online banking and trading platforms.
• Assist on weekly cash flow report
• Prepare the Investment related reconciliations and footnotes for the financial reports
• Prepare FBAR filing on yearly basis
• Experience in operational and SOX controls and ensuring that all accounting, financial reporting, audit, and SOX deliverables are met on time.
• Support on ERP/ Treasury system testing tasks or treasury related tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in Accounting and/or Finance, along with 4+ years of international treasury experience
• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, and accounting
• Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial ERP systems, and it will be a plus to have NetSuite and Coupa system experiences 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines
• Flexible in working with the team members in different time zones
• Self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Have a sense of urgency to anticipate busy schedules
• Sense of teamwork to communicate with other members of the department/organization to complete assignments on time and accurately
• Possess openness in their problem-solving and integrity in their research to effectively address the needs of employees
