As Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of a high-performing, fast-moving team. Bring your mix of right-brain creativity and left-brain data synthesis — and help take a HIV prevention to the next level.
Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Support the development of competitive strategy and positioning recommendations.
Support the launch of Q4M from a strategic point of view.
Partner with key stakeholders to assist in the annual business planning process.
Drive strategic alignment in execution across Marketing, Medical, and Market Access.
Own Monthly Brand Health (cross-functional) meeting and read-outs, aligning the strategic implications.
Content delivery thought PRT.
Work closely with Sales Teams to better identify opportunity areas for improvement.
Partnering with research and analytics team to identify customer insights
Synthesize “upstream” and “downstream” information into potential actionable ways to strategically bolster the brand.
Partner with Strategic leads at the brand’s creative agency.
Identify innovative levers to execute the strategy with healthcare professionals, including segmentation, targeting and content.
Approximately 20% travel to meet brand needs
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years’ experience in some or all of the following: marketing, strategic brand consulting, market research, business intelligence
Experience in preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations
Experience working with creative agencies of record
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Master of Business Administration
Experience with pharmaceutical marketing and copy approval process
Experienced in business analytics
Experience and deep understanding of behavioral economics
Experience preparing and delivering written and verbal communications in a professional setting
Experience managing cross‑functional stakeholders and delivering clear, structured communication to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines
