The solution integrates with HPE’s broader Cloud Ops Suite (HVM, OpsRamp) and supports the full spectrum of hypervisors, containers, and public clouds.</p><p>Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is transforming hybrid IT through the <b>Cloud Ops Suite</b> — an integrated platform combining:</p><ul><li><b>HPE Morpheus VM Essentials</b> for virtualization and private-cloud management (VMware and HVM),</li><li><b>HPE Morpheus Enterprise</b> for hybrid-cloud automation and self-service orchestration, and</li><li><b>HPE OpsRamp</b> for AIOps-driven monitoring and observability.</li></ul><p><br/>As a <b>Cloud Ops Suite Engineer</b>, you will serve as a hands-on technical expert supporting <b>mid-market customers</b> and <b>channel partners</b>. You will deliver enablement sessions, assist and train partners with proof-of-</p><p>concepts, and assist partners in positioning and deploying HPE’s Cloud Ops Suite solutions.</p><p>This is a field-oriented, high-impact role for a technologist who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments and</p><p>enjoys combining technical depth with real-world execution.</p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Channel & Partner Enablement</b></p><ul><li>Train and enable HPE partners on HPE VM Essentials and HPE Morpheus Enterprise.</li><li>Help get strategic partners build, and share demo and lab environments for partner showcases.</li><li>Support partners through all stages of customer POCs — from setup to successful validation.</li><li>Assist in positioning Cloud Ops Suite solutions during partner and customer presentations.</li></ul><p><br/><b>Customer Engagement & POC Execution</b></p><ul><li>Conduct discovery sessions, technical presentations, and live demos with customers.</li><li>Assist Partner and lead POCs and evaluations focused on VM Essentials and Morpheus Enterprise, helping</li><li>customers migrate or extend from VMware and other hypervisors.</li><li>Collaborate with HPE sales, presales, and product teams to ensure smooth solution hand-off and consistent</li><li>technical messaging</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Field Readiness & Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Provide structured feedback from the field to improve training, content, and tools.</li><li>Share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to enhance partner readiness.</li><li>Contribute to a collaborative, “startup-style” culture focused on agility, experimentation, and innovation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications & Experience</b></p><ul><li><b>Bachelor’s degree</b> in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.</li><li><b>4-8 years</b> of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or virtualization technologies, ideally in a technical-selling or</li><li>enablement capacity.</li><li>Proven hands-on experience with at least one major <b>hypervisor</b> (VMware ESXi, KVM, Hyper-V).</li><li>Proven experience with private, public, or hybrid cloud architectures.</li><li>Working knowledge of <b>Linux and Windows</b> operating systems, networking, and storage (SAN/NAS, iSCSI, SDS).</li><li>Exposure to <b>automation tools</b> such as PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform.</li><li>Industry certifications in <b>virtualization, cloud, or au
