About the role
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Use technical and user requirements to create the appropriate KPIs while working with stakeholders to determine relevant targets;
- Analyze business needs and requirements to understand the business impact of changes in business processes, OT, and other complex technical systems;
- Design, test, and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with WPMI’s technology
- strategy;
- Recommend system and process changes, and work with technical and business stakeholders to implement these changes;
- Document and evaluate existing business processes and workflows;
- Create detailed business analysis documents, including project plans, business requirements documents, and functional specifications;
- Manage and prioritize Infrastructure-related projects based on business needs;
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of system solutions;
- Facilitate training and provide support to business users on new systems or processes; and
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Background and Experience Required
- Above foundation, and demonstrable knowledge of MOW preferred, IT, OT, UI and CE design experience; and
- Six to twelve (6-12) year's of experience with Maintenance of Way preferred, IT, OT, UI, and CX.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, communications, business management, information technology or related field
- Rail/ transit project experience is heavily/strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $92,593 to $122,891 YR
