In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation and optimization of our IT infrastructure. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical services to our customers and uphold our commitment to excellence.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, setup, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure servers (<strong>Windows/Linux</strong>).</li><li>Develop and <strong>build </strong>new services.</li><li><strong>Automate </strong>tasks (Ansible, Scripting).</li><li>Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot <strong>Active Directory</strong>; manage users, groups, and objects; perform audits, apply security measures, and ensure timely patching.</li><li>Manage <strong>VMWare ESX/VSphere environments</strong>; size, setup, maintain, and troubleshoot virtualized hosts (Windows/Linux).</li><li>Setup, maintain, audit, and secure <strong>firewalls </strong>(Sophos UTM/XG), <strong>network switches</strong> (HP/Aruba), and Radius servers (Clearpass).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Active Directory, virtualization (VMWare ESX/VSphere), and infrastructure management (servers, firewalls, switches, Radius).</li><li>Familiarity with scheduled tasks, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and monitoring tools (checkMK, ELK Stack) is an advantage.</li><li>Willingness to travel to our sites in Belgium, Germany, Austria, France and Italy.</li><li>Experience with setting up, maintain, audit, and secure checkMK and ELK Stack monitoring systems.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About your benefits: </strong></p><p>In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs – whether it’s living a healthy life, having enough time for your needs, or developing your skills – we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits: </p><ul><li><strong>Sport: </strong>We have an in-house fitness room that you can use during your break or before/after working hours.
