Could This Be For You?

As our Clinical Educator P&O you will be responsible for providing training to customers and internal team. You will also evaluate product/ service performance to help develop and update company goals and objectives.  As a subject - matter expert, you will advise management on any relevant product concerns. Utilizing your extensive experience and judgment, you will influence product selection based on analysis of market research and new trends.

Your Impact

  • Travel at least 60% of the time to provide training to customers and internal teams
  • Integrate and coordinate sales and training efforts with internal sales team and other O&P vendors
  • Influence marketing and educational strategies to increase sales, paying specific attention to key sales objectives assigned by management (for example – MPKs/MPFs, Lower Limb Orthotics)
  • Provide training for clients with respect to products and related services. 
  • Monitor and assess performance of all programs
  • Other projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • A baccalaureate degree or masters in orthotics and prosthetics (or its foreign equivalent) OR a baccalaureate degree (or its foreign equivalent) and post graduate certificate in orthotics and/or prosthetics from a college or university accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)
  • Current board certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics from the American Board for Certification (ABC) or the Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC).(CPO or BOCPO)
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Must be able to travel at least 60% of the time.

  • Well versed in Powerpoint

  • Knowledge of facility contracting
