Senior Project/Product Manager

Zurich Resilience Solution is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Product Manager for its CyberSecurity division, SpearTip.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Project Management

 

• Drive technology projects including defining goals, deliverables, and timelines

• Set up agile plans (e.g. stories, sprints, demos) and supervise daily progress
• Manage vendors to ensure delivery according to plan and requirements
• Manage allocated budget and status reporting

 

Product Management

 

• Engage with external and internal stakeholders to understand problems and needs then devise the best way to deliver.
• Conceptualize and prioritize technology capabilities and features; work with Product Development to devise the best ways to architect solutions.
• Develop a culture of UX/UI, bringing best practices and engaging with external UX/UI specialists when needed.
• Develop and maintain a product strategy and roadmap across multiple initiatives and solutions to support SpearTip Customers and Internal Advisors

• Support internal stakeholders (Head of IT, and Head of Service and Advisory) in identifying, screening, and coordinating the relationship with vendors.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

• Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of technology project management or product management experience
  OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of technology project management or product management experience
  OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of technology project management or product management experience
  AND
• Experience leading workstreams
• Knowledge of process engineering
• Experience with core process redesign, continuous improvement methodologies
• Process modeling tools
• Business Systems Integration

 

Preferred Qualification:

 

• Experience with agile methodology.
• Experience working with end users of technology products.
• Experience in BtoB small business software product management
• Experience in applying UX/UI principles
• Experience in driving technology roadmaps
• Experience in project management software (Jira preferred)
• Experience in vendor management
• Moderate knowledge of cybersecurity or strong interest in learning about it
