Inflight Crew Scheduler

Our partner is looking for an Inflight Crew Scheduler in Arlington Heights, IL, within the aviation industry. This role involves providing crucial support to flight attendants, ensuring seamless scheduling for on-time flight departures globally. Responsibilities:

• Assign open flying opportunities to qualified Inflight crew members in adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations, flight attendant Contract, and industry policies.
• Availability to work at any time within a 24/7, 365-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Serve as a 24-hour communications center for the flight attendant work group, offering continuous support for schedule and flight-related matters, delay notifications, assignment modifications, etc.
• Supervise crew legalities, communicate changes, reassign flight attendants, and execute CMS transactions to ensure accurate crew pay and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Flexible approach to working hours, covering various shifts throughout the day and night.
• Commitment to consistent and punctual attendance.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive training program, including a 6-week classroom training covering essential computer programs, Federal Aviation Administration regulations, flight attendant contracts, and policies. This is followed by a 4-week on-the-job training program working alongside experienced Inflight Crew Schedulers.
