Job Title: Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) – Consultant Relations, Associate                           

Job Description: Blackstone’s Consultant Relations group focuses on cultivating Blackstone’s enterprise-level relationships with the consultant community, who are key advisors to the firm’s institutional clients. This role works across asset classes and geographies to organize all aspects of consultant engagement.  The main areas of responsibility for the role include:

• Support new business development through consultant updates and internal reporting 
• Manage internal IOI, client tracking initiatives, and CRM/Salesforce maintenance
• Assisting with meeting prep and client roadshows
• Liaising with product specialists and sales teams to drive follow-ups and deliverables
• Lead the aggregation, analytics, and presentation of senior management reporting
• Assisting with ad hoc consultant requests

Qualifications:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.  Qualifications for this role include, but are not limited to:

• 2+ years’ experience, preferably within Investment Banking or Investor Relations
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
• Undergraduate degree is required

Expected annual base salary range:

$145,000 - $160,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
