At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do. That’s why we’re looking for a strong leader to join our team as a Production Supervisor to manage our growing business needs and keep our operations running smoothly.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Maintaining a seamless and effective production flow all while ensuring that our products meet the established quality standards.

• Providing recommendations to the Operations Manager regarding employee schedules to ensure there is adequate staff to meet the current production goals.

• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggesting improvements to meet production needs

• Maximizing individual and team performance by assigning employees to stations based on their skill sets.

• Helping create, document, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Supporting your team with training, mentoring, and development opportunities

• Assisting the Operations Manager in developing the skills and potential of the team members.

• Setting and monitoring production goals and keeping department heads updated on your team’s progress

• Overseeing the efficiency of your team through setting goals and evaluating performance

• Working closely with other teams to oversee production efficiency, reduce costs, ensure a safe work environment, and quickly resolve staff-related issues

• Promoting Printful company culture and values in your team

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting

• Proven leadership experience

• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety (OSHA) regulations

The following experience will be an advantage:

• Experience with the Lean Six Sigma management method or similar

• Detailed knowledge of production improvement standards and measures.
