We are looking for a Lead Product Manager  (m/f/d) based in Berlin or working remotely with frequent travel to Berlin.
Your mission with us:Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will support Lingoda’s B2B expansion into new verticals. We are currently working with the German Healthcare industry to attract and equip migrant Nurses, Doctors and Midwives with the language, care and integration skills required to make a successful career in Germany. As well as creating partnerships with Educational institutions to enable international talent to adapt to their new environment through language and integration successfully.
Job Summary:As the Lead Product Manager,  you will lead your own team and execute product strategies that meet our customer needs, align with business objectives, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, line managing 2 product managers, providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, sales, operations and customer support, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer, and line manage  2 Product managers, providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product discovery and delivery
• Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs, leading communication and delivery to your reports and team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise features, develop user stories, and define acceptance criteria
• Define and track key performance metrics like user engagement, retention, and revenue to measure product success and inform future iterations
• Manage product-related communications with internal stakeholders and external customers, keeping them informed and teams aligned

You bring to Lingoda

• Proven leadership skills that command respect and can drive a complex multi-disciplinary team and stakeholders
• Successfully worked in a rapidly growing B2B or B2B2C startup/scale up and managed to deal with exceptional growth5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year of people management experience
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Education or health tech domain expertise (preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritise initiatives
• A hands-on approach with attention to detail and decisive decision-making
• Good base technical understanding of modern web applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build consensus

Bonus skills

• Background in one of these industries would be beneficial - Health, Education, Digital Learning, Ed Tech
• Experience in Learning Management Systems
• German speaking fluency
