Description
Captivation Software is looking for a senior level signals processing engineer who will assist with daily responsibilities to support the program.
Responsibilities
- Demodulate signals (and identify trends/patterns) from various sources including Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) devices
- Responsible for developing demodulation algorithms for modern communication technologies
- Deinterleave collected signals as necessary
Requirements
Security Clearance:
- Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years experience as a DSP Algorithm developer is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university is required
Required Skills:
- Experience with developing and implementing DSP algorithms
- Fluency with basics of signals and how to process them including modulation, demodulation, filtering, and spectral analysis
- Experience with MODERN communication and DSP technologies
- Intermediate experience with MATLAB
- Intermediate experience programming with C, C++, and Python
- Intermediate experience with Linux
- Background in image and signal processing, both algorithm design and implementation (image scaling, deinterlacing, deinterleaving, frame rate conversion

Benefits
- Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
